First open Steam Console.

Next, write down download_depot 241640 241641 manifest_id

241640 means it's Haunted Memories steam app_id
241641 means it's Haunted Memories Windows depot_id (because OSX and Linux depots exists)
manifest_id choose from table below


For example, download_depot 241640 241641 2863498092826706958 if you want v0.90.

Note: v1.55 is latest update of game.

When download is finished files you just downloaded will be .../Steam/steamapps/content/app_241641/depot_241641.

Copy and replace all files from folder depot_241641 to your Haunted Memories directory (by default it's .../Steam/steamapps/common/HauntedMemories).

Now run the game. If nothing is changed or game won't run you did something wrong. Uninstall game, delete all files from HauntedMemories folder, reinstall game then repeat all this steps below.

If you see in left corner of logo it says patch v0.9 you installed all correctly so you can start doing achievements.

If you want to know how i did all this i just edited savefile and added glitched two photos as i collected them in array of collected items before collecting last one.

Pathing you want to take for skiping almost whole game:
1.) After you enter Green Park head right and go to Restryct B.


2.) You don't need code to enter through mechanical door. Just stand between bars hold your forward key (default: "W") and move mouse left-right fast. Congratulation you just entered Restryct B and skiped 60% of the game.


3.) Pick up key for Restryct A.


4.) Enter Restryct A.


5.) You can enter Power Station without using fuses by sliding through bars in left corner.


7.) Congratulations again you skiped another 30% of game. Just follow the wooden path and collect last page below graffiti "Let me go!".


8.) Exit Power Station same way you entered. White portal is opened at your right side. Go inside and run towards cross.


Game finished :steamhappy:

• Easy, normal and paranormal difficulty achievements.

• This achievements work on any patch.

Suicider and Bat achievements can be done together just open map and go "The Hill" climb on top of Watch Tower (Bat achievement) and jump down from top for Suicider achievement.
Note: Earlier versions of game don't have a gate before entering The Hill.

Rat achievement is inside bunker ("Restrict C" on map) you will need a key to enter (key can be found in Holy Cave). When you enter go to the last room (room next to room with typewritter) and go in the bottom of corrdor.

• This achievements work on any patch.

• I don't know how to trigger achievement pop-up. Same for Cursed man.

GameState = 2 makes you spawn white portal so i tried finishing game with 0 notes (using teleportation by editing coordinates of save file) 1 note and 9 note (without collecting last one). Nothing works.

In patch v0.90 there was a button to summon slenderman. Also you can spawn him before Green Park. That button is "Page Up" on keyboard. I tried many locations but nothing work.

Only clue i got for this is v0.90 "End" button on keyboard. Never got any results.

There are 3 bugged achievements (Cursed Man, A**, Visioner). Still searching a way to get them by modifying save files or game files.
