Game editor
Before we start, if you have a low internet connection, do a copy of the game folder Sea Dogs.

WIth the game editor you can change your starting ship, how much skill points you want and much more.

1. Find your installation folder of Sea Dogs (Mine is D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Sea Dogs)
2. Open engine.ini
3. Change CORE_MODULE core to CORE_MODULE tools_launcher
4. Press save and close the document.

Now you can just start your game and it should look like this:

Press Character editor

Now search Nicolas Sharp, this is the character you will play and do not change any other person.

If you have selected Nicolas Sharp you can nearly change anything you want. On the screenshot you can see what I have changed and this is mostly what you should only change. Otherwise the game wont work properly.

After changing your character press on the top Save_curent and then exit.
You will see again the tools launcher, press Game, if your game freeze try to exit it with the task manager.

You can now start the game with your new settings.

i changed ondebugkeys and debugwindow from 0 to 1, and i get nothing, well here's what i have for my engine.ini

yea, engine.ini does not have any lines that are named core, but it does have "modules path "
