A very hard 1v5 carry, Medusa can deal a ton of damage to the enemy, push hard and farm fast, and is arguably the tankiest hero in Dota. While she needs a ton of farm from jungle/sidelanes (and you musnt't fool around), it will all pay off. Don't fool around, participate in teamfights from a distance, and destroy the enemy with ease.
