+1 for lucky one. You simply cannot keep creep equillibrium with maxing aura, lane is getting pushed really hard. When with the 60% slow, almost no one can escape.

Only one thing: Never max aura first. It just not good in the early game, because it adds percentual damage. The arrow slow is only real good on level 4. So always max this first. Do one hit more and you are on par with you aura damage, but the kill is guaranteed.
