it's a quest weapon. i believe it is over in The Rift somewhere. might want to just google the quest "Pale Lady".

ok besides that i just wanted to try it but, great mod ive alwase liked the pale blade and went, this could be better... but u should make it for more of the weapons "Ect skyforge weapons, other uniques)
