you can play single player with this map by going to survival -> local server -> choose this map in addon select -> start game in lobby, without needing any other player but yourself, hence not needing the internet at all(except for downloading this map and workshop server).

It has Sympathy For The Devil playing which is just as epic, since it's also a Vietnam war music. Sure less iconic than Fortunate Son, since it was introduced in so many pop culture the more recent years, like Forrest Gump. But the song I was using have the same value and delivers just the same feels without being redundant.

Yeah, the Spitter do that shit when I played the map, didn't know smoker would too, lol. This probably because of invisible brush I'm using instead of of a "proper" collision model(which is impossible for a model that size. I will work on it when i have the time

I know the missing skybox is due to my shader setting on my end. And yes, smoker shoot tounge through wall like sniper.

Thank you for the video feedback, appreciate it. The skybox texture supposed to use Left 4 Dead 2 default skybox texture, so it's not a missing texture on my end. And wall hack smoker like it shoots its tongue through wall ? There's case where even spitter shoot through wall, it must have been wall material issues, I'm gonna have to find a way to fix it. And of course various map design flaws, like invisible walls bordering map.

I've tried everything, but it doesn't seem to work. Before it was in the vpk, when the files in my game directory, this didn't happen, my custom textures and their bumpmap all worked, no screwed up "brightness".
