[E2] CurrencyCore

A super simple currency addon for E2, indended for sandbox fun not for anything serious


functions:
getBalance()
pay(ply)
getPayAmount() - returns your periodic amount
getPayInterval() - returns periodic interval
runOnPay(enable) - makes the chip run when your balance changes
paidClk()
paidAmount()
payingPlayer() - whoever paid you (if anyone)
dropCurrency(amount) - just deletes some if your balance - returns 0 if error but clamps to your max anyway
ply:SetBalance(amount) (admin only by default)
ply:GetBalance() (admin only by default)
payMessage() - returns the message in the most recent payment, useful for purchases

console commands:
currencycore_payinterval, default 60 seconds
currencycore_maxamount
currencycore_setbalance - 0 for disabled, 1 for admin only, 2 for everyone
currencycore_getbalance - 0 for disabled, 1 for admin only, 2 for everyone
currencycore_reset - resets all balances
currencycore_paycommand - default is "!pay"

chat command:
!pay <name> <amount> <optional message> -- this is only needed because it couldn't be securely/easily done otherwise
