This is a simple guide to get started in the game


The first thing you should do is to get a weapon equipped. Find one
Make sure to choose "Show Now" to directly open the inventory and select the newly picked up item


Shows all your current weapons and shows what is currently equipped.

After equipping the item you will see a list of all your available equipment slots. Note that it now shows your newly aquired item, showing that it is currently equipped.

Very early you will se a figure that might look familiar. This figure will tell you what you will need to do.


There are 2 things you need to do to be able to enter the holy mound.

You can do these in any order.
The mask in the Overgrown Ruin and the compass is in the Cursed Halls.

Some quick tips for making adventuring easier.

Upgrades
If you put many upgrades in a single category, it will eventually have diminishing returns.
While stamina is a very important stat, eventually it might be better to put a point in some other stat.

Aiming
Use the lock-on feature to make aiming artifacts easier

This also works with reflecting projectiles.


Secrets
If you notice something is off, maybe there might be someting hiding there.

If you find your screen to be black, make sure you are not wearing the blindfold
