Beskrivelse
This is a completely reworked version of 150 North Riverside, which I released some months ago. I have, I think, greatly improved since then and I am starting to revisit older assets to give them the treatment they deserve. I will update the original workshop item as well.

- Model rebuilt with cleaner topography
- All textures redone, with an especially improved and more realistic illumination map
- Lobby sub-building revised for much better transparent shading

Tower:
Tris - 2500 / 220
Textures - 1024² / 256²
9 x 5 x 220m

Lobby:
Tris - 300 / 50
Textures - 512² / 64²
RICO ready - 160 offices

Hi, I wanna scale this to 1: 1.5 with assets editor, but how should I deal with the glass of the lobby? It doesn't go smaller when I'm editing the whole asset :)

Any plans for Marina City?

Love it! Though personally I've prefered your scaled down versions because they fit the city I'm currently working on better. Keep doing what you're doing!

Hello, so what I would like you to review are: The Franklin Center, Water Tower Place and Grant Thornton Tower. I see them rare compared to others
