[THE HARDCORE UPDATE] - Espada Mainland [Version 0.5.1]

Beskrivning
I'm reworking this map, and refitting it with a heavily Singleplayer / Co-Op based experience. For example: Zombies should be seen as real threats and can kill you in two/three hits. (The map will still perfectly be Multiplayer-PvP playable, don't get me wrong, but it's more focussed for experienced/hardcore survivalists.) Also I plan to make navigation nodes covering larger, wider areas of the map, so you can't easily run away from a chasing zombie. And lastly I will likely end up overhauling some of my existing maps to Singleplayer-Only maps, and MAYBE making entirely new maps with Singleplayer-focussed gameplay. Some of you guys gave me a bit of inspiration and a slight glimmer of hope that maybe my maps would work very well within a Singleplayer environment on Unturned.

Greetings! Y'guys remember the Netherlands map..? Well, it was the very first map I created, all alone, all by myself. This one is the second. Built up from the ground, this map is as far as of now in a PRE-APLHA Early Access testing phase. It is a large size map, with the aim of bringing a unique map with a good variety of terrain to the Workshop. The aim of having a map on the Workshop which is one-of-a-kind, high qualiy, and... COMPLETELY VANILLA (No mods required to play). The map features a large sized, multifunctional, and highly variated landscape suitable for gamemodes like Creative or Roleplay alongside the regular Survival.
Also, this map features vanilla spawn tables from all official maps.

(More) screenshots coming along the path of development!

NOTE: I'm only able to let 1 train spawn instead of the planned 4. They all have their own set of looping tracks, but I can only get one train to work. (If I edit the config back to what I had, there's just no trains at all...) If anyone knows how to "fix" this, or maybe knows if Unturned's current state only allows one train per map, please tell me!

FEATURES (☑ = Finished | ☒ = WIP | ☐ = Planned)

☑ Terrain.
☑ A train with a large looping track.
☑ The three biggest cities on the map.
☑ Four villages.
☑ Animal spawns in the Espada State Park.

☒ More animal spawns.
☒ Road network.
☒ Hidden "claimable base" locations. (Read more about this down below..)
☒ A lot of landmarks and (hidden) locations.
☒ More villages/smaller cities.
☒ Zombie spawns.
☒ Item spawns.
☒ Vehicle spawns.

☐ 4 drivable trains with each a looping track route.
☐ Additional Coalition/Military encampments.
☐ (Underwater) eastereggs and hidden locations.

With a lot of hours in this game, I've seen maps which leave me stunned, every time, because of the work, energy and detail people are putting into creating them. Thus far I've only seen one other map (Overgrown 3) which creator made these so called "Claimable Base" locations. Basically what they are, is they are for example tentcamps, abandoned buildings, midtown rooftops, or even complete facilities, which a player or their team are able to take over, aka "claim". These Claimable Bases have serious advantages over regular bases you build with wood and metal yourself. For example, some of those bases have a fuel or water source nearby, while others have a simple shack hidden in the woods, but plenty of metal ores are around there to easily "upgrade" that shack.
I'm enjoying mapmaking, simply because I am a creative person, but I enjoy playing maps with a lot of secret, hidden locations. Almost all of my (edited and self-created) maps feature these Claimable Base locations. I'm not going to give any directions regarding where to look. (Also do note that if you spot some location on the Chart/GPS but it doesn't have a Node with a name on it, that doesn't have to mean it's a Claimable Base location; It can as well be filled with zombies, or irradiated loot..) If you have any other questions regarding this, feel free to comment on it down below.

CLAIM: Regarding Unturned cities, I have a claim on the city of "Carcosa" being the biggest active, survival-ready city within Unturned, counting both above- and underground facilities!

I love the map, pity there's nothing in the main city near the Battle ship. I hope you can update this great map one day. :praisesun:

It's not the inspiration; it's the lack of players.
