Its a great screenshot, but a little bit of lore innacuracy. The combine soldiers you see in the Half Life 2 games weren't actually used during the 7 Hour War. The soldiers the Combine used during it were synths, like pictured here: https://filecache.garrysmods.org/5707/3/1024x768.jpg
I am pretty sure there are some synth models on the workshop or garrysmod, but I am not completely sure.
