Oh, and I think the mod is entirely in Spanish, although in that case they consistently misspell "éxtasis" ("ectacsy") as "extasis".

I honestly can't tell whether this a dedicated troll, a very elaborate spam, or a genuine modder who just wanted to throw up a shitpost mod for laughs (a la the Santa culture mod). I almost flagged this as a spam/troll mod, but because of the slight possibility that it's an well-meaning intentional joke mod (if in poor taste for some), I left it unreported.

Each drug has its own effects via modifiers. The blue pill gives the following modifiers:
health -1
martial -5
church_opinion -10
fertility +10
sex_appeal_opinion +50.
Ectacsy has 2 sets of modifiers. Why 2? I don't know, but here's set 1's modifiers:
fertility = -1.0
health = -2
combat_rating = 20
martial = 30
diplomacy = -30
clan_sentiment = 50
tribal_opinion = 50
castel_opinion = 50
sex_appeal_opinion = -10
And set 2's:
fertility = 0.5
health = 1.75
martial = -30
diplomacy = 30
combat_rating = -20

I took the bullet for y'all, and subsribed so I could look through the mod's folder. (I didn't dare play it!)I can now reveal that the 2 decisions this mod offers are ones to take 2 certain drugs: 1) a certain blue pill used for erectile dysfunction (which I won't name because I fear automated censoring); and 2) Ectacsy, the designer street drug.

What they don't want you to know is that the only decision added is the decision to subscribe to the mod.

What are the decisions? What do they do?

It would be great if you could let us know what kind of decisions (like for what reason are they there) that we're dealing with that would be great.
