Beskrivning
This simple mod makes buying ore not completely pointless. Smelting ore now increases your smithing skill.


Update 1. Now need certain perks to smelt some ingots (view change notes for list)

I will doble-check but when the mod is on, I cant make moonstone/ebony/malachite ingot anymore

It should still give you exp for them as i made the smelter itself give smithing exp for each thing it makes. It won't however require a perk to make them as that was built into the smelting recipe.

so in short it will give exp but wont require perks. And yes it should give exp for smelting dwarven stuff into ingots

Question, would it work with another mod that gave more options for smelting multiple ore at a time? Like this one for instance. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32595/? Also, do you get experience for smelting dwarven stuff into ingots or is it only ore, only one at a time?

Just a suggestion. If possiable for some balance,(Im not sure if it does this already cause I have not tested yet) But can you make a version that only let's you make the ingots if you have the perk e,g:
Can't make ebony ingot without the ebony perk
Can't make moonstone ingot with the elven perk eta
