Описание
This is the third building of my new collection of Italian tenements.

After the blockhouse collection, I wanted to do something more modern that could fit in an italian themed city, giving more space for creativity. I will probably make more building of different sizes.

The tenement is 4x4, LV3 and RICO Poppable.

4 different colors;
Diffuse, Alpha, Normal, Specular and Illumination 1024x1024 maps.

definitely need these types of buildings in game. however, the roofs and the walls look too bright compare to other buildings. could you make at least the roofs a bit darker? it could be more realistic if you use better textures in my opinion. thanks anyway, great job.
