create a new map and use 1 as your seed
when you generate your map you will see a mountain with 2 holes that look like this

you need to go in the lower one and then go inside a smaller one hidden within
the hole is really small so it might take you a few tries but when you do go through you will have gotten the 3 praises

I got the grizzly achievement by going in half way but I decided to go all the way through which ended up taking me ten minutes. I am so happy that I succeeded
