Clean up old game files first.
1) Browse -> %HOMEPATH%\AppData\LocalLow\ArtLight\KeepInTouch (delete folder)
2) Run regedit -> \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ArtLight\KeepInTouch (delete folder)

Need to download old patch for achievements to work.
1) type steam://nav/console inside client browser or paste link in a chat window.
2) click console tab inside client. type download_depot 748860 748861 8268155695698150611
3) wait for download to complete, hover over steam icon in task bar to check progress.
4) browse to XXXX\Steam\steamapps\content\app_748860\depot_748861
5) copy everything inside to your games install folder and choose yes to overwrite all files.

Boot up and keep it as active window. Should take about 80min for 100% achievements.
Even if the game has been removed, hope this helps achievement hunters who picked it up. :)
