Server
Android
DashPanel is also available for Android on Google Play:
DashPanel GooglePlay[play.google.com]
If you wish to access full data on Android devices purchase the full data unlocks within the DashPanel Android application do not buy DLC on steam as that will give you full data on PC only.

iOS
DashPanel is also available for iOS on the App Store:
DashPanel App Store
If you wish to access full data on iOS devices purchase the full data unlocks within the DashPanel iOS application do not buy DLC on steam as that will give you full data on PC only.

Server
The latest version of the server is distributed with the free DashPanel install via Steam.
If you just wish to run the server for Android launch the server located in the Steam install at
Steam\SteamApps\common\DashPanel\Server\DashPanelServer.exe
Steam does not need to be running for the server to start.

You can also launch the server via Steam by choosing the following option on launch:

The server communicates with the client via a chosen port (Default 9999).
This needs to match the port used on PC connect modes.
You must stop the server to change the port number.

Connect - PC
Run the server on your host Windows PC that is connected to the same WIFI network as your mobile device and then connect via your chosen port. The server will automatically detect any compatible games running and transmit data to your chosen dashboard.

Select PC from the connect type and then the connect mode:
  • Discover - Easy to use mode will discover the server running on the same port as you have
    chosen.
  • Direct - If you have any issues using discover use the direct mode that requires you to input the
IP Address that the server is running on.
On PC always use the server instead of a UDP mode as this will generally give you more data.

The app is set to Auto Connect by default however if you want to connect manually press the connect button.

Connect - Console
Select Console from the connect type and then the desired connect mode:
  • AC UDP - Assetto Corsa.
  • PCARS UDP - Project CARS.
  • F1 2017-21 UDP - F1 2017-21.
  • FORZA UDP - FM7 or FH4.

Pressing the connect button will make DashPanel listen for UDP data from the console.

Port
Ensure the server and your chosen port are not blocked by your firewall. The server will attempt to open the chosen port using UpnP however this is not possible on all routers. If your experience connection issues look for specific instructions for forwarding ports at http://portforward.com/.

Extra steps
Most games require extra steps to share data. See the guide http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1238904308

Android USB - Reverse tethering
It is possible to use DashPanel over USB with reverse tethering and Direct connection mode.
There are commercial apps that allow this on non-rooted devices however Google Play may not be able to acess purchase data and DashPanel will run in demo mode only.
Reverse Tethering NoRoot Free[play.google.com]

On rooted devices there are ways to get Google Play to redirect with reverse tethering and in theory you should be able to run DashPanel over USB with in app purchases recognised.

USB via Reverse tethering is unsupported do not ask Pyrofrog Studios for details how to achieve this. Rooting you device voids warranty and can make your device unusable.
Pyrofrog Studios does not recommend you root your device and is not responsible for any damages you cause by rooting your device. This information is provided as guidance for expert users only.

If you just want to have full data on mobile you just need to purchase on mobile within the app. Everything you need to run on mobile is in the free version of the app on steam. You can also download a non steam version of the server from:
www.pyrofrogstudios.com/dashpanel.html

Again if you are only interested in mobile don’t buy any steam DLC. It’s not required.

If you want to use it on mobile buy it on mobile you don’t need to buy it on steam as well.

кто нибудь, обьяснит, панели продаются в стиме и на телефоне, при покупке в стиме , надо покупать в телефоне? не охото просто так выкинуть деньги на ветер

What version of DashPanel does the iOS client report on the connection tab?
Other than that maybe delete everything from the firewall related to dashpanel.

Hey after not using this App for a couple years I tried firing it up again but couldn't get my ioS device to connect using both discover and direct. PC and iOS version both updated to most recent version. Keeps trying to connect but says "no connection established". I tried the default 9999 port and others. Also tried direct connect to my PC but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

If you contact me at pyrofrogstudios@gmail.com I might have found a way to install the old version on your old device.

All iOS and iPadOS apps uploaded to App Store Connect must be built with a minimum of Xcode 15 and the iOS 17 SDK. Starting April 2025, all iOS and iPadOS apps uploaded to App Store Connect must be built with the iOS 18 SDK.
