Following this guide will not permanently fix the bug. You will need to do this everytime you start up the game.
How to fix!
  1. Start up bob's game
  2. Go to Online Multiplayer
  3. Hang around for a couple of seconds.
  4. Go back to the main menu.
  5. Go to the puzzle maker
  6. Keyboard should work!
Yeah. It's that easy!
