TopHATTwaffle's Lockdown Jail CS:GO

Description
This is an edit of the original port of Lockdown for CS:GO.

This version has fixed railings, fixed last reaction game, fixed displacements in cell and pool to stop players from getting stuck as well as fixed lighting and a full compile unlike the original port.

- How to play's have been removed
- Start of round spam has been removed
- Door textures and sounds are fixed
- Cell and secret hat's have been fixed for proper height

All credit goes to TopHattwaffle, I just fixed it for a proper release.
