Users have reported problems running the game on Arch-derivatives in the linux megathread. Luckily, there's an easy fix.

Right click on the game in your steam library and go to properties. Click 'Set Launch Options' and then paste the following from down below:


Changing -screen-width and -screen-height to match your resolution is a good idea.
