Other than the Berserker event, do not pursue her route until you finish her negative events. Also, give the Tang Bohu/Yin umbrella only after you finish her negative events.
If you save both Zhao Ya'er and Feng Chuixue and send them to Wangyou Valley before winning the Young Heroes conference, Xiangyun will find out and her affection will sink greatly.
If you're pursuing Shi Yan's route, Xiangyun will also find out and her affection will also sink greatly.

As far as I can remember

1. Treasure chest in beginner's village
2. Treasure chest in Ximen household, Luoyang (If I'm not mistaken)
3. Treasure chest in Shaolin Temple library (North building blocked by guards.You need to distract the guards or have some hidden weapon skill)
4. Treasure chest in brothel, Hangzhou
5. NPC in Chengdu will trade you one for Cordyceps porridge (Found at Chengdu porridge shop). He can be found hanging with some kids in front of the Xiahou household.
6. Strolling in the storyline where Ren Jiannan fails to woo Celestial Melody. It's the part where Jiannan keeps playing in Wangyou Valley and Celestial Melody doesn't respond. Xiangyun tells you that Celestial Melody is not at home. Choose to visit Scholar and Painter. The option will reduce Xiangyun's affection points.
