Intro
Hello, I'm back with another guide. This time I will be talking you through the teams in the Premier League, their budgets, stadiums, main players and weaknesses.

This is a basic guide so it isn't that in depth, but will give you a rough idea to where to strengthen the teams.
Arsenal
Arsenal Football Club
Financial status: Rich 780M (393M debt)
Stadium: The Emirates 60,361 Seater
Facilities: Top Training & Top Youth
Media Prediction: 4th
Main Players: Bacary Sagna, Santi Cazorla, Per Mertesacker
Main Weaknesses: Left Back, Defensive Midfield, Goalkeeper
Transfer Budget: 30 Million
Wage Budget: 1.44 Million
Current Wage: 1.31 Million

Arsenal have a good squad, but are lacking in certain areas, they definately need a fullback who is better than Gibbs and Santos, and someone who can fill in the Defensive midfield slot, who has more of a physical presence than Arteta.
Aston Villa
Aston Villa Football Club
Financial Status: Secure 94 Million (25m Debt)
Stadium: Villa Park 42,785 Seater
Facilities: Top Training + Top Youth
Media: 9th
Main Players: Gabby Agbonlahor, Richard Dunne, Ron Vlarr
Main Weaknesses: Centre Midfield, Left Back, Left Midfield
Transfer Budget: 0
Wage Budget: 800k
Current Wage: 729k

This team has a lot of dependance on youth players, and with no transfer budget you'll have sell a few players in the squad of your choice to get a bit of experience in the midfield. Generally a good team though with a bit of potential in there. Can be taken quite far with the right management.
Chelsea
Chelsea Football Club
Financial Status: Rich 719 Million
Stadium: Stamford Bridge 41,789 Seater
Facilities: Top Training + Top Youth
Media Prediction: 3rd
Main Players: Juan Mata, Petr Cech, John Terry
Main Weaknesses: Right Back, Right Midfield, Striker
Transfer Budget: 30 Million
Wage Budget: 2.19 Million
Current Wage: 1.89 Million

Another good squad like Arsenal with a few weak points. This club has Sugar Daddy Abramovic at the top though, so if you meet his expectations youcould get more money out of him rather than the sack. Few positions that need better players, Striker could get in Demba Ba just like in real life, as Torres is a bit misfortunate on this edition of Football Manager. In general the Right side of the team needs a bit more bolstering but other than that you should be able to beat expectations with the three new players.
Everton
Everton Football Club
Financial Status: Rich 141 Million (152m Debt)
Stadium: Goodison Park 39,571 Seater
Facilities: Top Training + Top Youth
Media Predictions: 8th
Main Players: Marouanne Felaini, Leighton Baines, Phil Jagielka
Main Weaknesses: Left Midfield, Right Back, Striker
Transfer Budget: 1.5 Million
Wage Budget: 716k
Current Wage: 681k

Everton have a strong team, but need bolstering. With a small transfer budget its hard to do, and might have to sell a star player. I wouldn't recommend selling them all but maybe one won't do you too much harm. Still strong enough to hold it's own without any reineforcements. Good team to play as, frustrating for some. Only play if your confident of gaining European Qualification with them.
Fulham
Fulham Football Club
Financial Status: Rich 88 Million ( 179M Debt)
Stadium: Craven Cottage 25.700 Seater
Facilities: Top Training + Average Youth
Media Prediction: 10th
Main Players: Brede Hangeland, Dimitar Berbatov,Bryan Ruiz
Main Weaknesses: Centre Midfield, Right Back, Left Midfield
Transfer Budget: 9.25 Million
Wage Budget: 744k
Current Wage: 654k

Another fairly strong team, decent transfer budget, and some good quality players. Can get a Centre midfielder and a decent Centre Mid or Right back/ Left Mid for the 9.25 Million or less easy. Might not be top four quality but ifyou can plug the gaps you will have a decent start with Fulham.
Liverpool
Liverpool Football Club
Stadium: Anfield 45,276 seater
Finances: Okay 800m (49m Debt)
Facilities: Top Training + Top Youth
Media: 6th
Main Players: Lucas Leiva, Steven Gerrard, Luiz Suarez
Main Weaknesses: Right + Left Mid/ Attacking Mid, Backup Keeper
Transfer Budget: 3m
Wage Budget: 1.48m
Current Wage: 1.38m

Liverpool have a strong base of a team. Good midfield, good defence, good striker, good keeper. All that is really needed in the team is a player who can fill the Gerrard gap once he's past it, a propper backup to Reina because Brad Jones is pretty bad, and a pair of wide men. Yes I know Sterling's a tallented lad, but he'snot ready yet, not on this current version.

More than likely won't be able to afford to do that in the first season without selling key players, but after a season or two with the right spending you can make Liverpool into a top four team again.
Manchester City
Manchester City Football Club
Finances: Rich 812m
Stadium: The City Of Manchester Stadium/ The Ethihad 47,405 seater
Facilities: Top Training + Top Youth
Media: 1st
Main Players: Vincent Kompany, Sergio Aguero, Yaya Toure
Main Weaknesses: Backup Keeper, Left Back
Transfer Budget: 35m
Wage Budget: 3.1m
Current Wage: 2.5m

Man City, hands down the strongest team in England on the game. The only real weakness to the squad is that they haven't got decent back up to Joe Hart. Their Left back are perfectly good players, but they could be improved if needed. If your looking for an easy game heres your ticket!
Manchester United
Manchester United Football Club
Stadium: Old Trafford 75,765 seater
Finances: Rich 1.2Bn (496M Debt)
Facilities: Top Training + Top Youth
Media: 2nd
Main Players: Nemania Vidic, Wayne Rooney, Robin Van Persie
Main Weaknesses: Full Backs + Centre Midfield
Transfer Budget: 30m
Wage Budget: 1.7m
Current Wage: 1.6m

Manchester United have an extremely potent attack force. Rvp, Rooney, Kagawa, Nani, Hernandez. But they are lacking in the midfield and defence. The full backs aren't up to pace with the rest of the team, and their is a concern that with a few main players like Ferdinand, Scholes, Giggs going towards the old peoples home, theirs going to need to be some good experienced but still fairly young replacements needed. The centre of midfield is also slightly lacking that spark of life needed to catch up City. All round though, good team.
Newcastle United
Newcastle United Football Club
Stadium: St. James' Park 52,405 seater
Finances: Rich 196m (105m Debt)
Facilities: Top Training + Good Youth
Media: 7th
Main Players: Demba Ba, Pappis Cisse, Hatem Ben Arfa
Main Weakness: Right Back, Midfield left, Backup keeper
Transfer Budget: 7m
Wage Budget: 879k
Current Wage: 734k

Very good strike duo in Ba + Cisse. Make sure the first thing you do is to give Ba a new contract and take out the 7m buy clause. Keep them Abramovic's away. Next you want a Right back, and in all fairness, Debuchy seems a good buy. Just take a look at Newcastles January shopping list and it'll give you an idea of who you could buy into the team.
Norwich City
Norwich City Football Club
Stadium: Carrow Road 27,224 seater
Finances: Okay 58m (17m Debt)
Facilities: Good Training + Average Youth
Media: 17th
Main Players: Sebastien Bassong, Michael Turner, Javier Garrido
Main Weaknesses: Right Midfield, A Prolific Striker, Backup Centre Back
Transfer Budget: 3m
Wage Budget: 305k
Current Wage: 295k

Norwich are tipped to just survive the relegation battle. They have a fairly defensively strong team, but the main worry is that they might not fetch the goals needed. Sell a few big earners, get some money in the bank, and the wage budget loosened, and say "Let's be 'avin' you" to Wellington Nem. He's affordable at 3.5m and doesn't break the bank with wages, in general a good signing for any lower half Premier League team.
Queen's Park Rangers
Queen's Park Rangers Football Club
Stadium: Loftus Road 18,439
Finances: Secure 92m
Facilities: Good Training + Adequate Youth
Media: 15th
Main Players: Stephan Mbia, Julio Ceasar, Park Ji-Sung
Main Weakness: Perminant Left Back, Left Mid, Centre Mid, Striker
Transfer Budget: 4m
Wage Budget: 1.13m
Current Wage: 1.03m

Good team on paper, and has some real seasoned vets. Julio Ceasar is more than likely the highest profile player who ever has played for the club and will really keep you in most of the games. The main problem is that the players inbetween the quality are extremely average. With a small stadium there is not going to be much room for bit income unless the owners decide to build a new stadium/ expand. Sell off the deadwood, keep the quality and potental and overhaul the squad. Once again bring in the Nem!
Reading
Reading Football Club
Stadium: The Madejski Stadium, 24,161 seater
Finances: Secure 65m
Facilities: Top Training + Average Youth
Media: 20th
Main Players: Povel Pogrebneyak, Kaspar Gorkss, Jimmy Kebe (He jokes when he wants)
Main Weaknesses: Right Back, Left Mid, Backup Keeper
Transfer Budget: 10m
Wage Budget: 371k
Current Wage: 320k

Reading have a good potential. Top Facilities + a healthy transfer budget is good. You can buy your way out of the media predictions easier than some other clubs. Probably the easiest relegation candidate to manage, good for a begginer looking for a challenge.
Southampton
Southampton Football Club
Stadium: St. Mary's 32,689 seater
Finances: Secure 79m
Training: Top Training + Top Youth
Media 18th
Main Players: Gaston Ramirez, Nathaniel Clyne, Morgan Schneiderlin
Main Weaknesses: Left Back, Right Mid, Keeper
Transfer Budget: 4m
Wage Budget: 458k
Current Wage: 433k

Another good potential team, already has the best possible training facilities, and churns out some of the best players in football. Alan Shearer, Matt Le Tissier, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain + Gareth Bale just to name a few.

Luke Shaw is the new up and coming Saints player, and is deffinately going to get the game time, but you will need a stop gap left back, as the 17 year old isn't going to play the entire season without needing a rest or having an injury. Use him sparingly and develop him right. Try and get Butland from Birmingham, good potential and if fairly cheap (Around 3-5m).

For the right mid, well... Nem? Can you tell I'm a fan of the lad yet? haha.
Stoke
Stoke City Football Club
Stadium: The Brittania 27,740 seater
Finances: Secure 78m
Facilities: Top Training + Average Youth
Media: 13th
Main Players: Ryan Shawcross, Robert Huth, Stephan N'Zonzi
Main Weaknesses: Striker + Full backs
Transfer Budget: 1m
Wage Budget: 537k
Current Wage: 656k

This team needs an overhaul.
1) To reduce the wage deficit
2) To get some transfer funds
3) Lower the amount of players in the squad
4) Replace the Championship quality with the Premier League Quality

Look at, Nem, Ninkovic, Mannone (Loan w/ Option to buy), Jenkinson (loan), Islinho (Loan)
Sunderland
Sunderland Football Club
Stadium: The Stadium of Light 48,707 seater
Finances: Rich 95m (68m)
Facilities: Top Training + Good Youth
Media: 11th
Main Players: Titus Bramble (Wut?), Wes Brown (Double Wut?), John O'Shea (Go home FM your drunk)
Main Weaknesses: Striker, Right Mid, Right Back
Transfer Budget: 1.5m
Wage Budget: 845k
Current Wage: 784k

Okay, so apparently Sunderland's three best players are Bramble, Brown and O'Shea, which is okay because you dont have to replace them. You will need, however, a propper striker partnet for Fletcher, he can't do everything himself, and they only have Adam Johnson as a good winger, so maybe one more can't hurt. Then you have the choice. Either play O'Shea/Brown as a full back or have them in the Centre and buy a new one.

In all fairness, they have, and always have done on FM, the potential to be one of the best teams in the league, so they are a very good team to play as.
Swansea
Swansea Football Club
Stadium: The Liberty Stadium 20,745 seater
Finances: Secure 59m
Facilities: Average Training + Adequate Youth
Media:19th
Main Players: Ashley Williams, Pablo Hernandez, Niel Taylor
Main Weakness: Backup Striker, Left Mid, Backup Keeper
Transfer: 10m
Wage Budget: 367k
Current Wage: 317k

Vastly underated team that will probably be fixed in the next transfer update. Michu is average instead of being a beast, but still a fairly capable player in behind Graham. Their main weakness is the depth of the squad not being that deep. They definately need a decent left sided midfield/ attacking midfielder, and backup's to Graham and Vorm.

The facilities are pretty poor, maybe ask the board to upgrade after a season or two and they will attract a whole new calibre of player.
Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur Football Club
Stadium: White Hart Lane, 36,284 seater
Financial: Rich 449m (51m Debt)
Facilities: Top Training + Top Youth
Media: 5th
Main Players: Gareth Bale, Scott Parker, Kyle Walker
Main Weakness: Left Back, Striker, Backup Keeper
Transfer Budget: 30m
Wage Budget: 1.25m
Current Wage: 1.14m

As much as Spurs and Gunners fans won't like it, they are both very similar teams. Very good talent in the squad but both have some frailties. Tottenham need a left back, a striker who can battle with Adebayor, and a propper back up to Lloris, I wouldn't trust Gomes with the kits, let alone in goal.

With 30 Million to spend and 110k wages you should be able to plug the gaps easy.
West Bromwich Albion
West Bromwich Albion
Stadium: The Hawthorns 26,445 seater
Finances: Rich 77m
Facilities: Top Training + Good Youth
Media: 14th
Main Players: Youssuf Mulumbu, Chris Brunt, Jonas Olsson
Main Weakness: Striker, Right Mid, Backup Keeper
Transfer Budget: 6.05m
Wage Budget: 626k
Current Wage: 575k

WBA are another one of then teams that can be one of the best in the country over time in game. They do however need some things addressing. They definately need a big name striker. Long needs a good partner to get the best out of him. Big target man to match Long's pace would be lethal.

Right mid, once again the league is showing it's lack of decent widemen, and another keeper as backup.

Give WBA a try and you'll have fun I guarentee.
West Ham Uinted
West Ham United
Stadium: The Boleyn Ground, 35,016 seater
Finances: Okay 120m (142m Debt)
Facilities: Good Training + Top Youth
Media: 12th
Main Players: Andy Carroll, Mohamed Diame, James Tomkins
Main Weakness: Right Midfield, Fullbacks
Transfer Budget: 0
Wage Budget: 681k
Current Wage: 680k

West Ham were a shock relegation two seasons ago but bounced straight back up again, picking up some vital form going into this season. They have kind of rebuilt, having some strong players in the squad.

Play the their strengths, Direct football, Tough tackles + closing down and you should do okay.

They have a very tight budget, no transfer budget and 1k per week under the wage budget. You could sell off a few of the higher paid members of the squad that you won't use in you system and buy in some more affordable players.
Wigan Athletic
Wigan Athletic
Stadium: The DW 22,500 seater
Finances: Secure 54m
Facilities: Good Training + Basic Youth
Media: 16th
Main Players: Arouna Kone, Franco Di Santo, James McCarthy
Main Weakness: Right Mid, Backup Full Backs
Transfer Budget: 5m
Wage Budget: 413k
Current Wage: 268k

Wigan have a fairly strong squad, But they haven't got the best of facilities. Don't expect any dazzling youth players coming through the Wigan ranks. You could try to get the board to upgrade and make Wigan more self sustainable. Buy with your 5m, a versatile full back, and a decent right mid.

Since the new updated DB, Swansea are easier to manage, they had a lot of players improved by SI, due to their good showing in the league and cup

In my 15th season with swansea and have won the prem the last 6 years running, every season (even though i've won the champions league 4 times) my media prediction is 2nd.

I don't think swansea are that difficult to manage from the off though, in fact with a couple of good wingers already in place, a half decent striker and amc and a solid defense (inc keeper) I found it a breeze.

Anyone making a Bundesliga guide? I had a save started already at the beta with HSV, got fired, but hired by VFB.
Leverkusen, HSV, BFB, VFB, possible Hannover or Bremen are the teams that interest me.
