moo makes good maps but their esthetics are not so good

Gravity is server-side, but unless you're running a scouts only server it needs to be set in the map's bsp instead. I don't want to play de_dust2 with scout gravity, and CS:GO doesn't allow per-map configuration files like in 1.6.

With that being said, do you have plans to include scouts-style gravity into the map or is this considered a finished product?
