The Malden Outbreak (Updated)

Opis
Scenario Features// Make sure to read all the details below.

1.Objectives to complete with loot rewards.

2.Intel Items to find and Gather including documents and pictures.

3.Roaming Hostile Raiders both Independent and Opfor.

4.Roaming Zombies both walker and Runners with custom Audio and Visual Detection. (Zombies are more sensitive to sound rather then Sight)

5.Zombie Resurrection- AI killed by zombies will Resurrect after a short period of time.

5.Dynamic Weather system with Day and Night cycle plus ambient Music.

6.Friendly Trader Zone to find on Map.

7.Ballistic Wind simulation that Affects projectiles based on Wind strength and direction.

8.Cold Weather system with on screen hints displaying current condition. Players will need to combat the Cold Nights and Heavy rainfall by crafting fire, Seeking Shelter or by finding and Wearing Warm Clothing. If players stay cold for to long they can become sick and then Dead.

9.Possibility to become infected if attacked by zombies. (Players will need to gather Antibiotics from the Recently deceased to cure infection)

10.Radioactive Zones, Water and Rain. Players must find the proper gear to combat Radiation such as a GaskMask, Geiger Counter, Survival Suit etc.

11.Customized Raider Gear such as Clothing, Vests, Helmets backpacks etc.

12.Customized Zombie Clothing from both CUP and Vanilla.

13.Rare Weapons List has been customized with New CUP Weapons meaning both AI and Lootpiles will have a bit more variety.

14.Smarter AI behavior such as Flanking, Placing Mines, Gathering ammo when Low and alot more thanks to VCOM AI.

15.Blood splatter and spray to make things a bit more gory.

16.Custome Death Sounds, Grenade Shellshock Effect and more thanks to Project SFX.

Task: Bring the pilot home. I rescued the pilot, who ran away. I couldn't catch up.
Task: Destroy the Mi48 Kajman. I bombed the helicopter with a mortar while it was still on the ground. Afterwards, I was near the airport when I was tasked to destroy him.

Hello amazing scenario but savegames are broken after the last update.

Any suggestion on how to fix it will be deeply appreciated.

What happened to The Stratis Outbreak? I went to play it again & try to finish it, but it's not there.

I rescued the helicopter pilot. Now he's following me around like a bumbling 3 month old Labrador Retriever puppy and the place is swarming with bad guys & zombies.

What do I do with him? Is there any way to stash him where he'll be safe, won't starve to death & won't get eaten by the zombies? If he gets himself killed, I get a mission failure.

I think that is caused by the Blood/sfx script being used in the mission I will have to tweak that (:

Ok, got the problem with saving games & loading them solved. Don't know how - unloaded all the mods, closed Arma 3, closed the launcher, shut down the computer and let it sit for a couple minutes. After restarting the computer, started the launcher & loaded all the required mods and then launched the game. For some reason it works now even though I'm running exactly the same as I was before?

But another question ... Is there another mod I need to load so when I "treat myself" it will actually heal me so there's no blood constantly spurting out, even when I'm at 100 health?

Just starting out there seem to be a couple of problems.
1. "Now that you're on land, check the briefing tab ..." for info on the mission. No map, no briefing tab. I guess that can wait until I can loot a map.

2. BIG PROBLEM - Can't load a saved game. I've tried from a regular save and from "Save & Close". Neither works. All I get is a load screen & an endless hour glass.

I have to use Windows Task Manager to "End Task" because Arma 3 is not responding, resulting in an "APP_HANG" message.

for canned food you need a can opener but other food such as rice, powdered milk , soda you just need to double click it while inside your inventory.
