Fire Emblem: The Land of Khadein

Adds Ardlen's and Gharnef's Khadein, from Fire Emblem 11 & 12, as playable civilizations.

Arlen:

UA: Cities of Magic- Every city can build 1 of 3 buildings which provide a bonus to Science as well as either an extra boost to Production, Science or Great People.

UU: Valedictorian- A Crossbowman with much more ranged combat strength, is unlocked with Education and gains Science on kills.

UB: Mage Academy- A University that provides Science from Floodplains and Jungles and provides Strategic Resources based on what School of Magic (buildings from the UA) is in the city.


Gharnef:

UA: Arcane Empire- Every city can build 1 of 3 buildings which provide a smaller bonus to both Science and Production as well as either an extra boost to Production, Science or Great People.

UU: Imhullian Sorceror- A Crossbowman that is essentially immune to melee damage, is unlocked with Education.

UB: Mage Academy- Much like Arlen's Mage Academy, this building provides Science from Floodplains and Jungles, however instead of providing Strategic Resources, this Mage Academy provides Spy Defense in the city relative to Global Science output.

Both of these civs are moderately unkind and quick to anger, however Gharnef is much more inclined to expand and conquer. Meanwhile, Arlen is more prone to building a bustling scientific powerhouse with a strong network of city-state allies. Gharnef is also far-less trustworthy than Arlen, but is more likely to be a valuable ally during wartime due to his tendency to be an industrial frontrunner with a large military.
