Visibility Matters Minimal

Now compatible with GS.

Hides important gameplay data from player. Shows and hides it according to the visibility level on each human or AI opponent.
Attention: this is gameplay mod, not UI. If you just want more info in the diplomacy banner check Extended Diplomacy Ribbon by Aristos.

Information shown in the hanging Ribbon:
- number of tech researched;
- number of policies already known;
- military strength.

Information shown in Tooltip:
- Player's Current treasury;
- Gold per turn;
- Visiting Tourism;
- Average Happiness;
- Science per turn;
- Culture per turn;
- Faith per turn;
- Number of units;
- Score.

Access Level 0 (NONE):
Ribbon: none.
Tooltip: none.

Access Level 1 (LIMITED):
You have only one source of information (usually delegation or trader)
Ribbon: You get very rough estimate of actual values with significant variation from turn to turn.
Tooltip: still none.

Access Level 2 (FULL):
It is not "full" at all:
Ribbon: You get not very accurate estimate of actual values with some variation from turn to turn.
Tooltip: Religion, Culture and Science per turn revealed.

Access Level 3 (SECRET):
Ribbon: You get accurate estimate (within 20%).
Tooltip: All information revealed.

Access Level 4 (TOP SECRET):
Ribbon: Exact numbers revealed.
Tooltip: All information revealed.

IN ADDITION until you get TOP SECRET access level on more than half major players WORLD RANKINGS (Victories screen) is not available.
