Traditional 2-storeys plastered corner house from Le Mans, France.
1x3 level 3 growable low-density residential corner.
As shown in the screenshots the asset works best surrounded by 3 roads because of the garden wall. Because of its footprint it probably will not grow naturally before level 1 and 2 3x1 corners are on the Workshop. I will try to make some.
