So first things first,click play,












Next,click on rivals.











Thirdly,make sure tandem is clicked on the left hand column.











Fourthly,click on "create custom game" in the middle of screen.











Fifthly,click "Back".











Last but not least,click on "no".

You can go about your usual High Octane Drift business of buying cars,upgrading your cars or even hop into one of the public hoppers & when someone does this step by step guide , the two players would be joined together in the rival.

I did this guide because I always hear, well I always read no one rivals anymore and it's really difficult to earn money nowadays.
