I created this series of props for the signs included in all the Riverpark assets. Should make your road sides more realistic. I was nice and included to different versions for the word 'center' for those who spell it 'centre' like in Canada or any other place in the world.

Topper type A and B need a minimum of 4 signs under it.

Here's how to edit the signs:
1. Search "river" with the "Find It!" mod
2. Select your sign, put it on the ground, then press ESC
3. Activate "Prop Anarchy" & "Tree Anarchy" mods (should be the huge "A" and Tree icons on the bottom mid-left of UI between your RCI meters and the temperature)
4. Press "M" to activate "Move It!" mod
5. Select the sign & use PageUp & PageDown to edit

The topper keeps floating right up.

Why isn't it moving up and down when I press page up/down? It moves forwards and backwards instead.
