The fly controls are simple. W A S D, or the arrow keys. F to fly and if you're the bee or your custom insect has a stringer, left click to sting. This goes the same for the mouse with biting someone.
When you're flying, W A S D or Arrow keys to fly around. You can only sting (if you have a stinger) when flying.


With the spider, you left click to shoot your web (take that out of context if you want) and jump to go flying.
Oh yeah, if you don't know how to jump, you've never played a single computer game EVER.

W A S D to move around, left Ctrl to crouch, and left click to clap your hands together. Right click near an object to pick it up too. I'm pretty sure you're also able to jump with space.

Each Human has another weapon. The yellow guy has a spray, the business guy has a suitcase, while the grandma has a broom. Swing or spray the weapon with left click. Do keep in mind you can't pick anything up in this mode. Use the scroller to access this weapon.
