Shrink Ray Goggles

Omschrijving
Isaac found a coupon for a cheap pair of shrink ray goggles in the back of one of his comics. They don't work that well however.

+1 Luck
+.2 Speed
If you are within range (most of a small room if you are in the middle) enemies have a small chance of shrinking so you can step on them to kill them (Gods flesh effect)

Mostly based off of one of the modding tutorials on youtube but I made most of this months ago so I forget which one it was so thanks to them all.

It says error even though i don't have item

rad! but I think a better item icon is in order. the square coupon isn't very fitting

I think this item looks great, but its effect is very illogical...why it shrinking? ..this is strange..I think need another idea for this item.
