DS Bryce's Butcher
v1.0 -- 25 Dec 2017


adds 3 building options (all buildings are same model):
  • Bryce's Beef Butchery - this Bryce's butcher will process Beef only. 8-11 Prime Meat Cut + 3-5 Offal Cuts will be made from approx 10 Beef. Butchery requires 89 work to build.
  • Bryce's Mutton Butchery - this Bryce's butcher will process Mutton only. 8-11 Prime Meat Cut + 3-5 Offal Cuts will be made from approx 10 Mutton. Butchery requires 89 work to build.
  • Bryce's Venison Butchery - this Bryce's butcher will process Venison only. 8-11 Prime Meat Cut + 3-5 Offal Cuts will be made from approx 10 Venison. Butchery requires 89 work to build.
Employs 1-2 Butchers.

@serenity863, yes true, but most of us modders share resources with each other (I share resources with BlackLiquid, RK, KId, etc, etc). But also not all resources are like that, for example I have a toolbar button that is shared with all my mods, hence the reason they all conflict with each other. The game only loads the one toolbar from the highest mod, but because they are the same resources, it makes no difference same rosource = same file. :)

in regards to ignoring the conflict, when you hovor the cursor over a conflicting mod it states the conflict then says "the resources from the mod highest on the list will be loaded" it sounds like it means the other conflicting mods wont be enabled or at least there resource abilities wont.

@SomeGuy, ignore the conflict, it is only a warning that the mods are sharing files - this is not an issue. Mods will share files when they use the same resources - for example multiple mods with charcoal will conflict but still work together. Most of my mods will work together along with most other mods like NMT, CC etc.

Is there any way to get past the mod conflicting with your other mods? I want to use more than one of your mods at a time but it's impossible because of the conflict. :steamsad:

Yes. You get a slightly better return - so instead of only having 10 beef, butchering with uneducated workers will yeild a smaller return of 11 pieces of meat (8 prime, 3 offal), meanwhile an educated worker is more efficient and will return 16 pieces. Also the trade value is better with the butchered meat.

what does the butcher do? does it process meat and make it more efficient then unprocessed meat at feeding people?
