Here is my early build of Seven Dwarfs Mine Train that may help you get started if you want to try and recreate it! Enjoy and let me know your progress!

I did some edits with this. I added a bit more rocks because if you watched a POV, there were tons of rocks. I added a lot of them in the grassy parts and in the part when the train is about to go into the mine.
