Writer's Note
Please note
The marks on the map are not 100% accurate. Bear in mind that you will have to use your cruiser some times so you can see where the plants are. Some, are hiden behind trees and such. So please, take your time to find them. If you need any assistance, you are more than welcome to contact me and I'll try to do my best to help.
I might be missing some locations of plants (in the rare plants section of each area), so let me know if I missed any and where.

The Markers' Meaning

X - for an area that doesn't have any of that specific plant in it. If there are areas that don't have a mark on them, consider them as the ones that have an "X" mark on.

Green Mark - represents the spot of the plant.

something that helped Me a lot is after hitting a rare plant just save and exit
then reenter your save and the plant will be respawned

You must have an extremely early save to have those two separate areas on the bottom and left, Lioshi. Those were when the Observatory was still open. Nice to see a true veteran player =D

Map points also look good overall, spoiler tags are on point.

i already took screenshots of the points on the map. however, screenshotting every single plant of the same kind that i find (the rare ones) is really difficult because there are quite a few. if any of you need any tips regarding on how to find a specific plant, i can help by making a video or something

For a guide like this it's fine to show where and how given the type of audience that would benefit from it; the ones that have practically given up on finding/collecting it on their own. As a compromise, you could just hint at how to get on the right path or some such.

As you already have screenshots of each plant, you could just have them as points on the map.
