My quick guide to all endings for Alexa's Wild Night. Be aware that several of the endings have dialog AFTER the credits run, so don't jump right back to the Main Menu. **UPDATED 26 March 2018 with variations of how to get some endings. I found these while replaying the game to get the achievements

In variants 2, 3, and 4, Alexa admits to Kathy that she stripped during the photoshoot. I got the "Stripper" achievement after deleting the save files from AppData and the install folder, then did Variant 2 above and it unlocked.

Stripper unlocked me only after variant 3, means the trigger might be the choice What if you get a callback? and then agreeing to strip.

The manipulation of the save files was only necessary for those who had already completed the game before the achievements were activated in March 2018. If you haven't already done all the paths, i.e. purchased after Mar 2018, you don't need to manipulate the save files.

That should be linked to Ending 8 and a relationship w/Kathy.

I haven't played the game in almost three years, so I don't recall exactly.

There is no specific order to follow in the endings.

AppData is a hidden folder in Windows. Assuming you're on a Windows based system, you have to go to the file system and change settings to show Hidden Files. Then, go under users => (your user name) => AppData and look for it in those folders. I don't know which specific folder it will be in because I deleted the game off my system, but you can find game folders scattered across Local, LocalLow, and Roaming. Find the one for this game and delete the saves there.
