Requirements
Infamy IV is recommended

While this build requires no DLC I'd suggest grabbing the Ultimate Edition Bundle to help with your weapons.

Payday 2 Ultimate Edition on Steam
Mastermind

Aced Combat Medic and Combat Doctor, if going for ammo instead don't pick these up.

Aced Confident and Partners in Crime, along with basic Joker, multiple Jokers help draw fire away and keep your health regen going

Acing Hostage taker is a must for Stoic builds, the constant regeneration plus damage negation will keep you from going down.

I chose to ignore Inspire due to the fact that there weren't enough skill points and LITERALLY EVERYONE IN PUBLIC LOBBIES HAS INSPIRE including NPC's if you pick up that boost.
Enforcer
Seeing as LMG's are a very poor choice for dodge builds, I chose to focus on armor.

Basic Underdog since you're gonna be fighting swarms of enemies

Aced Resilience to avoid flashbangs (armor regen has no affect on Stoic)

Die Hard Aced for extra armor health and unlock Iron Man

Shock and Awe aced to get rid of pesky Shields, also Bullseye does not affect Stoic.

Aced Iron Man for the ICTV so you can have even more extra armor health

If going for ammo instead, pick up aced Extra Lead

Aced Scavenger due to the fact that you're using an LMG
Technician

Aced Steady Grip for extra accuracy and stability

Basic Fire Control for hip-fire aiming

Aced Surefire and Lock'n'Load for faster reloading, armor penetration, and extra magazine capacity.

Basic Body Expertise to help get rid of enemies too far away to get reliable headshots and hipfiring
Ghost

Nothing is required, however if you have spare skill points/feel like movility is a concern

Basic Duck and Cover and Parkour for your mobility
Fugitive

Aced Nine Lives for extra down, especially on OD

Aced Swan Song for when you get downed, you can at least kill what downed you or run to a safe spot to be revived.
Primary Weapon

The KSP-58 is the only DLC-less LMG, however it can definitely hold its own, but any LMG can work in its place.

Attachments

Comptetitor's Compensator
Bipod
LED Combo
Plastic Stock
Stability Boost/Ammo Boost (not required but might help)
Secondary Weapon
5/7 AP Pistol for those without DLC in order to kill Shields
TiN Treated Barrel
Flash Hider
Combined Module
Extended Magazine
Pistol Red Dot Sight

Any Grenade Launcher if you have the DLC
I personally use the Compact 40mm as it's arguably the best out of all the grenade launchers (free, high damage, quick reload, very high concealment, also all mods are optional on it)

The Judge
HE Rounds [Gage Shotgun Pack]
The Silent Killer or Shh!
Any laser/ flashlight of your choice/b]
Any short range sight if you really want to put a sight on it
Playstyle
Focus on taking out clusters of enemies, up close you wanna use your hip fire to dispatch enemies, while not neccesarily to aim for the head, it helps. When dealing with enemies far away or chokepoints you want to switch to your bipod, stability is ignored when using the bipod. You should be able to stagger Shields long enough to kill them in ~5-10 shots, however you might struggle with Dozers. Use your secondary to remove their armor then spray their face with your LMG.

Taking hostages is important for keeping your health up

If playing with AI, ammo will not be an issue, most but make sure to grab the AI ammo boost. Focus on defense and setting up a "kill-wall" of NPC's around you to help thin the crowd, then dispatch when you aren't busy.

When playing multiplayer watch out on your ammo consumption, also try and guard objectives or prevent enemies from attacking players with lower health.

I posted this like mid 2018 so it's gonna take me a fat second to find that out

This build looks promising, but i don't think infamy IV is even needed? i've done my math and from what i've seen everything is enough to reach the highest skill (18 points or more), am i missing on something?

@Snoopy Die Hard Aced is to unlock Iron Man, the headshot armor regen doesn't affect Stoic, as for Swan Song, I find it incredibly useful if you're ever in a tight spot as well as in Death Sentence

I found your build very nice, but i think there is some mistake in the skill tree :

-Die Hard aced is not useful because the ICTV isn't a ballistic vest. I know you need skills points for unlocking the ICTV so maybe taking basic Die Hard with basic Transporter is better (you will save two skill point and Transporter have a more real interest than Die Hard aces)
-Do you really need Swan Song ? I mean you don't look to down so frequently (only one in two heists). Maybe you can put them in a better use in another place

Except of that two little things, i have played with your build and it was really really nice ^^

@Joshua it's literally in the title but Armorer and Kingpin could work well with it

What perk decks would you suggest to go with this build?

Alright, makes sense.

@BeastlyCarrot You are correct when you say it is single player oriented, coming from somebody who has god awful connection. However there are 2 main points: 1: Your self survival skills are Hostage Taker and Stoic, giving you constant regeneration plus damage negation. 2: Many of those skills are common within builds, particularily One Down, this build somewhat compliments them, as many builds with skills such as Feign Death, Messiah, or Stockholm Syndrome are unable to deal with large amounts of damage and hold objectives, which is what this build is primarily for.
