[Unsupported] Endurant Engineers

WARNING: After player stat system overhaul in 0.6.3, this mod is not needed anymore. I will keep it as legacy.

For those, who want to run faster and be more endurant.

Mod contents:

- Increased stamina (150 instead of 100 in vanilla);
- Slighly increased run and sprint speed (~20%);
- Stamina potion item, unlocked by "fine couisine" research and gives you stable stamina regen for few seconds;

Planned:

- Togglable sprint - mod script needed
- Roads give speed/stamina boost - mod script needed
