Unarmed Weapon (Weapon Swap)

Kuvaus
This mod removes the Umbrella weapon and replaces it with that amazing punch you had at the start of the game.

To switch between the Umbrella and that buff hand, simply enable or disable the mod. Enabling it will give you your unarmed weapon, and disabling it will give you back your Umbrella.

Caveat: Due to the way this is handled, the unarmed weapon in your inventory will be saved at any loading screen. This won't be a problem with the mod unless you unsubscribe. To fix this, either disable the mod and save before unsubscribing, or play the first mission of Mafia Town again. (the Mafia at the end will give you another Umbrella -- how kind!)

Yes, I know Costume Select lets you do the same thing and more. I didn't know about that mod until after I posted this, plus even Argle forgot about it until someone mentioned it. so /shrug But go check out Costume Select because it's cool

i am trying to find the mc yeet can anyone help me [basicly the mod that lets you kill anything even the guys that usaly just make noise when you hit them]

@JGamezOfElzan Just so you know: this mod was made before the weapon menu was implemented. (I don't have any plans to update it to use the weapon menu though, as I don't really have an interest in modding AHiT now)

I'm kind of surprised that even now there still aren't any standalone mods that add the punch as a weapon for the menu. There is one called "Iron Fist" but that one has several technical issues and makes the mafia die from only two hits which takes out the challenge. The problem with Costume Select's unarmed weapon is that it breaks Bow Kid save files so anyone who is a Bow Kid main like me can't use that. There isn't any mod in the workshop that just adds the punch as a simple weapon swap that deals normal damage.

There was a comment here that I accidentally deleted (sorry, Mario! twas an accident) that mentioned I should use the weapon selection so that it won't replace the default Umbrella.

To those curious, yes I should update the mod to do that. That said, the reason it works the way it does (that it should *not* remove the default Umbrella) was because this mod was made before the Nyakuza Metro update. In other words: There was no weapon selection menu. I had to replace the Umbrella for this to work properly.

That said, I will update it when I get the motivation to (I haven't had the motivation to do anything hat in time-related for a while). It *should* be a relatively easy change (at least, that's what my head is telling me), but I'll have to look through the updated Modding Tools to see what I need to change.

I was incorrect: It was the "unlock everything" mod that caused my new saves to lose the umbrella. Sorry!

Even if I disabled the mod, I'd still have no weapon (neither the punch)... I had to unsubscribe...
