If the hitreg caused your death, compensate your frustration with 2 squats.

Aiming
If you potato at aiming, you will be rewarded with 3 tricep extensions to gain mor muscle memory.

Did the enemies throw nades at you? Show them your determination by throwing 5 punches back for every nade they threw at you.

Carflip
If you manage to flip your vehicle, you are destined to do a 15-second elbow plank for every time it flipped.

Roofcampers
Don't you hate Roofcampers? If you get killed by one do 5 climbers to climb up to him and throw him off the building.

Recommendations & Credits
I highly recommend to not do this every day, since it will probably result in aching.
GET PUBG FIT every couple days to prevent aching.
Do the exercises after your Round. You need to remember what exercises you need to do for that extra brain-jogging.

!!! It´s EXTREMLY important to eat after your GET PUBG FIT seassion !!!
