A pattern dye based off of Green Hill Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog, since the stage obviously hasn't been in enough games.

The textures of this dye aren't currently functional, sadly. It may need to be recooked or updated in some way. If you do decide to update it, I'd prefer for it to be obtainable from the Time Rift Roulette if you aren't against it. :3

And I made that Source Engine missing texture one as both a joke and as an example! So third total pattern dye, first actual non-jokey pattern dye.

Nah, someone released one of the Source Engine missing texture before I even started this one, and there is one example one in the game files. So technically this is the third pattern dye.
