I've been seeing loads of complaints about the High CPU usage causing high temperatures.

So, I figured I'd try and help out.

This is how I fixed my issue, undervolting my PC.

DISCLAIMER 2 - From personal experience, undevolting does not cripple ingame performance e.g FPS, Graphics, etc....

With that out of the way, here are the tools I used.
I recommend you use either Throttle Stop or Intel XTU to acheive this.

Personal experience:

I found Throttle Stop to be slightly more effective, all I had to do was tick both the 'Disable turbo' and 'Speed Stop' options and click the turn on button.
However, XTU also helped significantly.

Tips:

From personal experience I recommend you either use XTU OR Throttle Stop at a given time. I have found that if I used both at the same time, my PC would crash due to lack of electricity supplied.

I also recommend you set your fan speed somwhere between 60% - 100% depending on your cooling systems power.
