Disables rapid colour changes.

Sister mod for Don't Starve.

Lightning strikes, moggles, day/night cycles.
They're all capped to change 1% per colour channel value per update tick.


This may help those who suffer seizures and/or migraines from rapid flashing of colour.
I am not a doctor so this may not fix your issue.
Please don't sue me if it doesn't change anything and/or you suffer a seizure and/or a migraine.
