CU:NT
The CU:NT will unlock once you have played and won all available races and events.
APC
The APC will unlock once you have won every Classic Carma event in each way possible. This includes winning the race by getting all checkpoints, wreaking all opponents, AND killing all the pedestrians.
This image will appear on each Classic Carma event if you have beat it all three ways.
SUBPRESSOR
You can unlock the SUBPRESSOR by destroying it when found during a race or event. (I got this in chapter 15 during the “Lock Up” event. It was hiding between the warehouses.)
SUPER SUPPRESSOR
You can unlock the SUPER SUPPRESSOR by destroying it. You can find it in Chapter 15 during “Erasing Arizona”. It’s in hanger on the airfield. You will need a strong vehicle and it can take a while. (I used the SUBRESSOR and it didn’t take too long.)

The SUBRESSOR can be find also in Chapter 15 during “Erasing Arizona”. When in hanger look for the bridge, in direction of it you will find some gate entrance, nearby the subpressor is parked.

i destroy super supresor using a granite potenciator but i can't get them. Why?

I got the super suppressor using the train that goes back and forth on the map. Basically hit it once before it gets hit by the train and the train will vaporize it when you get it to follow you onto the bridge.

funny that in-game its telling me that subpressor and super subpressor are of the same tense with SS being only a half ton heavier. xD just look at those two.hald a ton difference?yeah,right.

APS is not unlocking after completing classic carma in all ways. I just did that, spent 4 days to complete it, and there is no apc.

The Super Suppressor is super easy to unlock. All you have to do is get one of your opponents to kite it in front of the train while you're off collecting Smelly Bushes. At least... that's how I did it. Surprised the heck out of me. :V

Do not forget that you can buy Solid Granite Car powerup via PIS. So if you'll manage to collect 100 000 credits Super Supressor can be wrecked by any car. And even if it survive one PUP time, even one good collide with it will grant you more than 100 thousand credits, so powerup can be bought again.

Also, as Super Supressor located in a hangar, it's much more effective to crush it against a wall. And pelvic thrust is very helpful in this circumstance.

The Super Subressor took forever to kill even with Subressor, I was able to finally destroy it when I found Solid Granite Car PUP
