Congrats! You've done a good bit of the Road to Independence Campaign and are on your way to spreading freedoms and liberties to the world.

This guide won't be going over strategy really, America has the same style units as European nations, just based on a different continent.

To the south you have the Caribbean split between the French, Dutch, Britain (Grrr), and Spain. The West you have Indians to con- err liberate from oppression. And the North is Americans that are still oppressed and don't have freedoms or liberties.

I recommend building a few more universities wherever you think you can and put them to work at least researching one thing from each tree. You already have some technology so don't worry you aren't behind. If you have four universities, You can use the fourth to develop your navy, or just swing it around whenever you feel it's needed.

If you have bad ministers, remember as a republic you can only replace one minister per turn, but at the start you should have pretty good ones.

You've won your independence America!!! Hooray!!! While you think you've won, You haven't. You're fellow Canad- Americans continue to be enslaved by the vile King George III and his tea lovers. This MUST change. To do this, look at your situation.

You aren't strong yet, many regions aren't highly developed, your army isn't powerful, and you lack a strong navy.

On your first turn, start to build research centers, and spend frugally on buildings in your regions. Don't worry too much about Spain for now, as they're likely to be caught in Europe. Begin to assemble your army to liberate the Cherokee, preferably from units you already have, and of you feel like it, train some. You should start with decent generals.


Turn your attention to early diplomacy. You should have some deals with France and Spain, but look at who you can also get deals with. Never mind these countries dictators for now, their taste of freedoms come later. Get some trading and continue building up and developing for a few turns.

Time to fight, Murican Style!!!

Attack the Cherokee. This should be an easy war as their enslaved people are tricked by dictators to think they can win with sticks.

They can't do that

It should be easy to occupy their two provinces and gain some easy land. Now look north.

In the North you have Cana- British Occupied America, and the Iroquois. They're allied with each other so build your economy and military up again.

Hopefully you are ready for this.

Move your armies to the border in a three front style, station one near the Great Lakes, the other two in New England.

Opening strategy is as follows.



Quickly liberate the nearby Iroquois regions and give them liberties. Send another army to take the nearby British province and consolidate your forces. Fight off attacks when you can, and hope they don't launch major offensives. If you can, blockade the Quebec port to hurt trade a little.



Move on when you can and eliminate the Iroquois opposition, and focus and taking the major British occupied regions of Montreal and Quebec, as well as beginning to take the rest of occupied Canada if you want to.

Now that you've liberated these lands from oppression hopefully, look to the east.

Remember when your founders said liberty and stuff?



Well there is more America. *Gasp* More? Yes there is more! You know what that means?

FREEDOMS AND LIBERATIONS!!!!

Who owns these Americans?

France and Spain.

Aren't they our friends?

Well yes, but they have evil kings like George in charge, we can't be friends with those guys.

So what do we do?

Conduct more Diplomacy



Break your friendship with evil France and Spain. They probably want to make you dictator and no freedoms anyways.

Fight them. You're strong and a big boy now, you've liberated many people.



Free Florida first. It's easy. You're elderly need it's freedoms and liberty.

Then start to liberate New France. They're poor and stupid frog eaters so don't worry about them being a threat.



After freeing New Orleans, and march on Texas, they may try to fight you but at this point the war is on sea, and you have the advantage of many naval bases to strategically sit in. Texas is easy and now you can make peace if Santa Fe is taken also.

Why do you want Santa Fe? Cause that's where Santa Claus lives bozo!

You now have a new border but what's that? What do you see on the horizon across the land of Freedom?



Some gosh darn Spanish, or even worse, Mexicans are trying to get into your freedoms. This is a problem. You could let them come in, but they might take away freedoms.

Some firebrand politician/businessman might suggest building big walls in Texas, but we want to spread freedoms remember? And this is probably a grand cry for freedoms and liberties.



Easily beat any forces that try to stop your freedom. If you want, after freeing the Mexicans from oppression much like the Can- I mean Northern Americans, You can liberate the rest of America from their oppressors.

If you do that you'll be unstoppable and be ridiculously strong, just remember some people might not like freedom.

Ever hear of the place called the Middle East? Probably haven't until you found out they need freedom and are a danger to your sovereignty.

They are far away but you need to teach them democracies.

Here is a brief overview on the nations in the region, and how you should respond to them.

I'm probably setting off an international crisis right now

Ottoman Empire - Evil people just like the British
Barbary States - Evil people who capture your traders
Iran, I mean Persia - Very evil, Dont attack them
Iraq, I mean Mamelukes - They are a threat
Afghanistan - Dictator and evil

Now that we got that out of the way, here's who you should focus on. Just remember one thing.



Operation Storm Desert



Land in Iraq and easily defeat their weak army. Occupy and destroy everything they have, it doesn't matter what, then leave and let them be. Sound counterproductive? It isn't, trust me. You've spread freedoms, they need to learn it themselves.

Operation Global Freedoms



Afghanistan is bigger, but follow the same procedure as before, land in their coastal provinces, preferably in two different places. Show them the freedom of annexation and start to rebuild their country by destroying it then abandon everything and leave.

Other Ops

You can do the same thing to other countries I referred to earlier, but these are two important operations to do.

NO THIS ISN'T THE END

You can continue diplomacy or spread freedoms to Europe. Hopefully by the end you have a united world of freedoms and democracy. The End.
