I wanted to make a launch pad, so I did. The vehicle itself has individual suspension on each tire set and handles very well off road.

Manual:

PgUp and PgDn to deploy launch support.

PgUp and PgDn in Alt mode to adjust the rocket to launch position.

Once in launch position press S in alt mode to deploy flight surfaces on the rocket.

To launch simply press S and click middle mouse button.

Once the missile is airborne you have limited mouse pointing guidance.
