Introduction
This guide will be a summarisation as to how to get a bunch of salty gentlemen to call you a hacker, report you and insult your family, namely your mother. If this isn't for you, turn away now.

You may or may not be familiar with the boy who cried wolf. This is a story where a young boy keeps yelling "WOLF" to gain the attention of others. When the wolf comes to kill him, and he screams for help, no one believes him anymore. Homework for today's class is: What relevance does this story have to MW2?

In all seriousness, this guide is a parody of literally every other guide on this game trying to help you 'get better' 'use the right classes' etc. It's also a way for me to vent about people who, GAME IN, GAME OUT, call you a hacker. Noteworthy here is that the only hacks or cheats I've ever used are in The Sims (ROSEBUD) or for pokémon, using hacks to gain access to legendaries I would otherwise not be able to get. (FYI my 4th gen pokédex has all 493 entries filled out, hacks only used for event pokes like Jirachi, Celebi, Arceus etc.)

That said, I'm no stranger to hacks. I have little difficulty spotting hackers, no matter what the game. If you don't have this experience, you can turn to YT to help you, as there's footage of ppl showing off their hacks on virtually every hacked game out there. That said, a good 'hacker' can be a pain in the ass to spot, since players with good awareness, gamesense and soundhearing can rival a bad hacker in skill.

Types of hacks:
- Aimbot
This one should be easy to spot: People locking on to you, through walls or just whenever. Usually on the head, but some try to hide it and lock on to the body. Crosshairs never leaving your hitbox. Doesn't look natural, like how a robot would play.

- UAV
Permanent UAV turned on, but without the sweeps. Also works against Cold-Blooded.

- Wallhack
People show up as gigantic blue or red shiluettes through any wall. Can be considered a better version of the UAV hack. Can be both really obvious and well hidden.

- Invuln
Very obvious, literally godmode.

- Model 1887 = AA12 with unlimited ammo
Dafuqq. Not even hiding it at this point

- Kicking ppl on will
This is quite a controversial one. A lot of players will casually carry this one around, I believe only the host can do it. Has to do with file modification and can cause anti-malware programmes to act weird. Some white-hat hackers will use it to keep lobbies 'clean' (against tubers and supposed hackers).

- Changing map/gamemode/lobby size at will
Obvious signs, but can be fun. (I.E. 18 players TDM on Rust, or being able to play on Favela (F)).

- Care package modifications
Modifies contents of care packages (duh..)

- Texture Hack
Very nasty and can be hard to spot if a 'skilled hacker' is using it. Can also be kinda obvious though. Basically disables textures like trees and bushes, while highlighting enemies in a bright colour so they don't blend in.

I'm sure this isn't all the mod menu has to offer, but it's all I cba to note here, as these are the most common.
Classes
Every pubstomper needs a loadout that clicks. This should really go without saying, but I'm saying it anyway: "Use weapons that you are most comfortable/familiar with." I don't care whether your favorite weapon is the UMP-45 or the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Mini-Uzi. Test every weapon (including obscure attachement combos) untill you find your perfect match.

I will, once again, stress how important it is that you have a weapon that you are comfortable and familiar with. Your weapon needs to be an extension of your *physical* arm. What's that supposed to mean? It means the precision you use when, say, you're makng an incision on your patient or when adding compounds together in a lab. Precision is key. This ties in nicely to the other half of the precision cake, Sensitivity.

Allow me to explain: I shouldn't need to grasp the subjectivity of one's sensitivity. Considering DPI is different from player to player, it's *damn-near* impossible to tell you what sens is best in this game. My personal recommendation is to keep it roughly the same for all your First Person Shooters. There are plenty of tools/guides online that can help you sync sensitivities. (I've a sens that's roughly the same between CS:GO, TF2, Overwatch, KF2, Fallout(s), CoD(s), All Bioshock Games and all my BF games.) I will say one final thing regarding sens: Higher might be better for turning on folks all twitchily, but lower sens allows for more precision, allowing you to pick off foes in a distance easily. It all comes down to personal preference.

Okay and now on to the reason you are reading this paragraph. The classes.
I will list a couple of classes (lvl1 and lvl 70, 2 each) that even the most braindead of pidgeons should be able to use succesfully. I will not name equipment, special grenades or deathstreaks because those shouldn't have the greatest of an impact on your killability. (Comment on how they can be seen as crutches here)

Lvl 1:

UMP-45 (Silencer or FMJ preferred. Doesn't need attachements, which makes the gun stand out.)
Spas-12 (Grip, FMJ and Ext. Mags are great, but do take a while to unlock.)
Marathon
Lightweight
Steady Aim

FAMAS (RDS or Holo if that's more your thing.)
Secondary of Choice, I prefer to have a machine pistol with the famas. Shotguns work too.
Sleight Of Hand
Stopping Power
Commando (Steady Aim is an option, which can be more or less viable depending on your secondary)

Lvl 70:

ACR (Silencer or RDS depending on how much you like the iron sights)
Shotty of Choice (I run either the M1014 or the Striker in this class. AA-12 works too, if you can morally justify using that weapon.)
Scavanger (Works wonders with claymores)
Stopping Power
Ninja or SitRep (Comes down to whether the enemies are using claymores)

M21EBR (or is it the M14EBR in this game?? I digress.) (All attachements are viable)
D-Eagle (It sucks in this game, but that makes whipping pps with it that much better.)
Sleight of Hand
Stopping Power*
Steady Aim

*Perk Slot 2 can be what you want it to be. I wrote down Stopping Power, but if you are a master headshotter (which is why I included this weapon btw) you don't need the extra damage. I would personally advice to always go for the headshot if you can.
Killstreaks
If you've followed up 'till here, you might say: "I've learnt nothing so far". To which I will respond: "Yeah Tough ♥♥♥♥ bro."
Anyway.

Using these classes alone isn't enough to stand out as a true tryharding sweatlord. Just because you are using the right paint, doesn't mean you will yield a Van Gogh.

Killstreakwise you'll want to get as much value as you can. Remember, this game is only fun because the killstreaks you get in your current life can be used to unlock more of your other killstreak rewards. Sound snowbally? (It should). Anyway, as someone who is trying their very best to be at the top of the scoreboard, you'll want killstreaks that you can quickly call in to aid you in your current life.

Personally I'm a huge fan of 5-7-9 (Pred-Harrier-PaveLow), because you usually get the Pavelow if you manage to kill five people in one life. Both the Harrier and the PaveLow know how to go off on a tear by themselves, resulting in a single 9-killstreak often being enough to send your K/D and score through the roof.

If you like to push yourself, consider getting rid of the harrier (One Stinger Missile and it's gone, anyway) and adding either the AC-130 or the Chopper Gunner (Map dependant). 7-11-25 is also an option, if you like ending the game early.

I'm not saying you should only ONLY use 5-7-9, some 11 and maybe 25 if you really want to, I'm just saying they work the best to get you more kills for fewer deaths. My personal favorite is the Emergency Airdrop, because its odds have been altered from the regular care package to more consistently yield things that aren't a UAV or ammo.
Extra Skill Thingies
So you got your PaveLow up? Good job! You may already be called out as a 'hacking scumbag' because you have a K/D that is both positive and acquired without using tubes. Most people consider this a paradox, hence all the finger pointing.

Here are some additional tricks that'll make you appear more like a hacker, even though you just have good aim.

- Darkscoping, which is a faster form of quickscoping where you don't see through the scope in the killcam, tends to raise suspicion as the killcams appear to not look through the scope as you zoom in, yet you still clicked on their head.

- On Console, a surefire way to spot a hacker is to watch the killcams. Hackers will often move their crosshair from target to target so quickly, it makes their weapon look strange, glitchy almost. This is especially prevalent when turning around quickly. ON CONSOLE THIS IS A GUARENTEE FOR AT LEAST AN AIMBOT. This is because the game has a sensitivity cap of 10 built into it for consoles, meaning even when spinning the fastest this won't happen.
HOWEVER on PC there is no arbitrary limiter on sens, due to mouse DPI being a thing. This means a good, twitchy reflex might look kind of sus when watching the killcam. It does not, however, guarentee they are cheating.
I'll pile on to this the notion that I, personally, am so well adapted to my sens that (on a good day) I can blindly flick towards where I'm getting shot at from and I'll usually be on target. Looks really fishy, most of the times, but is just something you develop when you get shot at alot.

-SOUNDWHORING is a skill not many CoD games have you utilize. Should be fairly obvious: Get a good headset, turn up the sound, disable music (other steam guides exist for this). Using sound well will make you come across as someone who is either using wallhacks or a Perma-UAV mod. Using either SitRep Pro or Ninja Pro will help with this. The former makes enemy footsteps louder, the ladder silences your own so you may hear theirs better.

- Clicking on heads. Sounds obvious, and it is: Headhots deal extra damage. Which means a higher DPS and a lower Time To Kill. As I said. Obvious.

- Know your sightlines. This game features tons of High-Traffic areas and wonderful sightlines. Knowing where to peak and when to peak (gamesense), as well as what walls to spray through randomly is an easy way to add a couple of extra kills to your life.

- Disabling in-game music can give you a nice advantage, I believe you can go one step further by turning off all the in-game chatter. By this I mean all of voices talking, so whenever anyone deploys, say, a claymore, a stun grenade etc. but also the announcer shouting stuff like "LOSING B" or "ENEMY AC-130 ABOVE".

- Listen for sounds other than footsteps. When people camp in corners and don't produce any footsteps, sounds that can give them away are things like a claymore being placed, or someone calling in a killstreak. Things like a UAV or a Hind will create a distinctive 'click' when activated. This can often betray a camper's location, so use it to your advantage! (This works for triggers, like UAV's, laptops, like the Predator, and airdrop markers like the care package. Note: The E-Drop produces a unique sound when compared to the regular care package or sentry gun marker.) Some more are: The sound of legs breaking after taking fall damage, Tac Insert spawns, Nube Tubes being shot or the pin being pulled on a grenade.

- Use you minimap, shadows and reflections.

- Focus (some call this 'tryharding', I call it 'playing the game'). Quiet surroundings help, drinking coffee (or something like it), maybe even some music. Making sure you can see your screen properly is very important, just make sure there's no reflection/glare on your screen, so you can see every detail. And focus on the moving things, this'll help filter out a lot of the things you won't need to see. Be wary, though, as there are some moving assets in game (tree branches, weird stickers, dollar bills, chickens etc.).
Personally I enjoy myself a hot cup of tea as well as some pure chocolate to help me focus (link to science articles explaining this? brain chemistry basically).
Fin.
Using all of these tricks, you should see your K/D rise from The Sodemn Below all the way upwards to Somewhere Above the Clouds. Didn't quite catch that reference? It's okay. We all lose sometimes.

I want to thank you for reading this piece of ♥♥♥♥. Took way too long to write, mainly due to me not having a funcitonal attention span. I may add things I've forgotten, onto this guide later. Ask me questions if you like! And: Don't forget to do the homework assignement as discussed in the 1st paragraph.

Famas is useless, one bullet missing the target doubles the time-to-kill which is often always on pc when everything is so much more fast paced and chaotic, I replaced the Famas with the FAL which ended up being far more effective. What gun should I sue if I dont have the M21 yet?
