For this build challenge I wanted to keep it simple. Something realistic and classic looking. A nice layout, relatively cheap and great ratings (High Excitement!). This has a good footprint and simple, understated looks - lots of greenery and a basic brick entry. This could fit into almost any park, not draw too much attention to itself, and quietly help you continuously beat budget and fill your bank with money to build.
