I Rolled back to try and the mod and i can say this functions far better than the current method of increasing resource production. if you ever manage to update this, despite the work that would likely entail, that'd be really great.

Hi, this is a technical requirement that was necessary in order not to have player run deficits of resources (in game terms, a resource deficit that is not required by any equipment means the building/military factory would still produce the equipment)
