Don't mind the fact that this is split into four parts, i was unable to upload them together, all Rifle packs WILL work with or without the other!

Weapon props from Larry's Ultimate Weapon Pack as made by Larry_G and a bunch of users from FPS Banana

Larry's Ultimate Weapon Pack was a prop pack of weapons that was more than a gigabyte of hard drive space that contained many different Rifles, Shotguns, SMGs, Pistols, and Sniper Rifles

Since Garry's Mod no longer supports the original addon format, they don't work anymore without modfying certain files

Larry has given me permission to upload these, so go, have fun and make a bunch of gun poses and such!

You can't, they're not weapons, they're just props for use with ragdolls and just pictures in general

I have no intention of making any of these useable weapons

Yeah, I took the extracted file I converted out of the sniper pack and the models in the folder weren't there.

See if the SWEP creator you're using can access the addons directory for the MDL files, if not, take the extracted folder and put it on your desktop for convenience, then open it up, select the two folders labeled 'materials' and 'models' and put them in the garrysmod/garrysmod directory so that they're placed properly

Then you can try using the SWEP creator to see if it can detect the MDL files, however, i don't quite recall what folders the weapons from this prop pack are in, you'll just have to do some searching

Yeah it was the correct way, you should be able to find the extracted file in Garry's Mod's addons folder, the extracted GMA file becomes a folder of the addon's name

And I hope I did that correctly, with the app. I clicked convert single file, I chose the Sniper pack, I hope that was the correct way.
