Hello hunters,
In this tutorial I will show you how to take a photo for the Jager # 4 mission.
But for starters a few sentences about how I struggled with this mission.
At the beginning I took a lot of photos which turned out to be incorrect.

The first visit after a long absence in Hirschfelden turned out to be successful. The first picture taken fallow deer and the mission counted. Below I will show you the photo and the place where the mission took place.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!
The Fallow Deer must have BIG ANTLERS

As you can see, the fallow deer does not have to be perfectly visible.

Mine got registered on a doe.. First picture was a winner, got it near Petershain Lake. There seems to always be a group in that area.

Went for a walk through there in tonights gasme and found 2 nice ones, They wouldnt register, I shot both, this was one of them.

And then realised - missions dont work in multiplayer. This game hates me, almost a week looking in single player, very few Male Fallow Deer, and then 2 that both fulfil criteria in 30 m inutes in a multiplayer game i hosted... Well at least they went towards the community challenge.

Thanks. Photographed a 199 rating fallow deer, same area, same time (16:45). The deer likely crossed the river at the nearby ESE ford. I was in the hunting stand using scent eliminator and the antler rattler.

Thanks for the info, I've taken a break from that mission to try and get levelled up to get the quiet step skill(unsure of correct name currently). Once i have that, I'll head over to where you succeeded and try again . Thanks
